Excellence in Education is a priority and permanent over time for both the education authority to schools themselves. This goal has become, if it is possible, more and more important in recent years in which the solution to the crisis and the economic future are inextricably linked to the improvement of competitiveness and, in the final analysis, to the improvement of education in all levels.
Educational Excellence, which ultimately is reflected in student success, is achieved through long-term organizational strategies aimed at continuous improvement, as evidenced by the performance of schools that have obtain excellence seals, carry out self-assessment or have a history in the development of quality experiences. With this common diagnosis many education authorities have promoted the development of assessment and improvement of educational quality programs through the use of Organizational Excellence Models, mainly with the EFQM Model in schools and in the administration itself.
Zitec Consultants cooperates with education authorities in the deployment of improvement programs and provides full support schools for the deployment of particularized pathways of excellence. These pathways address the needs and expectations of different members of the educational community (students and their families, school management, teachers and services personnel) and other stakeholders such as the Administration itself or the social environment where Centre operates.
