Reengineering-redesign of processes: Pathological Anatomy (support in the design and implantation of CIT Solutions) and oncological processes in the Health Ministry of the Castilla y León Regional Government. We have worked with multidisciplinary groups of professionals to get a whole vision of the processes (from the customer’s perspective) and improve critical indicators (times – deadlines -…).
Elaboration of the Teaching Quality Management Plan of the accredited centers for postgraduate training – Health Regional Office of the Castilla y León Regional Government. In addition, satisfaction surveys of residents and tutors of the whole Region have been performed.
Processes Management - Hospital Mutua de Tarrasa: we have worked on the establishment of Primary Assistance processes, and their relationship with Specialized Assistance, previous automation of themselves (support in the design and implantation of CIT Solutions – applicative HCIS (HealthCare Information System®).
Processes Management / training in processes management – FQS (Regional Centre Foundation of Quality and Health Accreditation of Castilla y León): we have worked on the establishment of the process of assessment of SACyL professionals’ competence performance.
