Environment Assessment
Description
An Environmental Assessment is the first step to understanding the environmental situation of an organization. With the completion of an environmental assessment in the organization, it is identified the environmental aspects of their activities and how they are managed. From these data, may be assessed the adequacy of existing legislation on environmental matters, be it European, national or regional, as well as the fulfillment of the basic principles of minimizing environmental impacts.
