An adequate environmental management always requires the participation of all the levels of the organization, both that of the Manager, as the driving force of these aspects and that of the rest of the stuff, which must be involved in the day-to-day environmental management.
Also, technical personnel with direct responsibilities in the Environmental Management System must have the knowledge and necessary abilities for its maintenance.
