Empresa Familiarmente Responsable –Family-responsible company (FRC)– is an international movement that is part of the CSR and it is in charge of moving forward and giving answer in matter of responsibility and respect to reconciliation of work and family life, support in equal opportunities and the inclusion of the most disadvantaged groups, taking as a basis the binding legislation in force and the collective negotiation. Thus, FRC companies perform a voluntary self-regulation in the matter.
Currently, Másfamilia Foundation is the owner of the private scheme of FRC certification, as well as the management model ad hoc and licensee of the brand with the same name.
Zitec Consultants is approved as a consultancy entity, what qualifies it to provide consultancy services, internal audit and training, in the different model phases and all its standards.
