Model FRC 1000-1 (large organizations)
Currently, organizations are immersed in a context in which they are demanded not only economic results, but also aspects related to a social commitment such as the adequate people management.
The Standard FRC 1000-1 establishes the requirements so that the organization incorporates to their daily activity the management of reconciliation of work and family life and equal opportunities.
The implantation of the FRC Model allows the organization to develop and implant its FRC policy, or equality and reconciliation policy, through the definition of a series of plans and programs that, backed by the adequate supports, enable the continuous improvement of employee’s work conditions.
What we do
The methodology developed by Zitec Consultants for the implementation of EFR Standard 1000-1 is structured into the following phases:
- FRC diagnosis: A FRC Diagnosis is the first step to know the situation of an Organization in matter of reconciliation and equal opportunities. It constitutes a very useful tool through which a company can get to know the degree of goodness of its management in this field as well as the level of adaption of its activities to the legal framework in force. In addition, it is the first step for the correct implantation of the FRC Model, independently of the size of the organization or its characteristics.
Through the performance of a FRC diagnosis one can identify the most important characteristics of the Organization that have an impact on the reconciliation of work and family life, the staff’s perception about it (employee’s voice) and the degree of compliance with the related legislation and applicable standard.
- FRC Model Deployment: policies, procedures, management supports and improvement objectives will be established to achieve integrated management of the following elements:

- Temporary and spatial flexibility

- Equal opportunities
The results of deployment process will be controlled, monitored and measured.
- Internal Audit: it will be done an evaluation of the deployment of the model and the results achieved in order to the organization be prepared in good condition to face the external audit.
