Description

The Regulation (CE) nº 852/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of the 29th April 2004, establishes in its article nº5 that the operators of food companies must create, apply and maintain permanent procedures based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) principles.

Such Regulation is applicable to all the stages of production, transformation and distribution of food products and the exportations.
