Work – Environment Analysis

“Excellent Organizations use people surveys and other forms of employee feedback to improve people strategies, policies and plans.”

EFQM Model 2010.

Description

Employees’ perceptions influence their behavior and, for this reason, it is interesting that they are known and considered by the Organization.

Work – environment studies allow analyzing the organization work-environment at certain time. Information gathered in the study, as long as it is prepared and carried out properly, allows obtaining an internal knowledge about the proper Organization which eases decision making by Management.

Work-Environment Analysis will allow:

  • To deploy a Continuous Improvement System in People Management area.
  • To communicate to all levels of the Organization the repercussion of the degree of work satisfaction and commitment on the global development of the Organization.
  • To boost at all levels of the Organization the thinking about the repercussion of the degree of work satisfaction and commitment on the global development of the Organization.
  • To define strategies aligned with the people’s management in the Organization.
