The Balanced Scorecard is a measuring and management tool that allows translating the strategy designed by the Organization to achieve the Mission – Vision, into a complete set of performance measurements. The monitoring of these performance measurements informs the Direction about how the Organization moves forward to the achievement of its objectives and consequently how close it is to reach its Vision.

Some of the benefits arising from the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard are:
