  • Improvement Groups Development for the Regional Government of Castilla y León trough training, which have been provided with the necessary skills to members of groups and have prompted the Administration to improve and change.
  • Sector-specific training routes (Education, Health, and Public Sector) that drive the way to excellence based on the training need of the Organization and the recommendations of the EFQM Model 2010. This tool has been validated successfully in several areas.
  • Development pathways of excellence for achieving seals of excellence in concerted centers attached to FERE-CECA through a series of workshops whose objectives and contents have been designed taking into account the situation of excellence in schools.
