Serafín Cuenca is Partner Manager of Zitec since its foundation. He has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and assessor in more than one-hundred organizations all around Europe.
He is Senior Assessor and EFQM trainer, Manager of the Course of Total Quality and Excellence in Management of the Trade Chamber of Valladolid and collaborator professor in difference Business Schools.
Previously he took over the positions of Sales Engineer Manager in Alcatel Standard and Production Manager in Crystaloid Europe.
